We are introducing Fudo's thermosetting resin molding materials with sliding characteristics. They offer sliding performance equal to or greater than that of super engineering plastics (PEEK) at less than 70% of the cost. FudoLite F5800FT and F900T maintain the heat resistance, insulation, and good moldability characteristics of conventional phenolic resin molding materials while incorporating sliding properties. Additionally, FKCP, which contains carbon fibers, exhibits excellent sliding properties and has comparable or superior characteristics in friction and wear comparison tests with PEEK sliding grades. We also have a diverse lineup of phenolic resin molding materials with electrical properties tailored for various applications. An environmentally friendly sustainable circular material that is upcycled and recyclable. To preserve our society for generations to come, we have developed sustainable environmental materials from discarded waste wood. ■MIRAIWOOD is an upcycled injection molding material primarily made from plant-derived components. With over 90% of its volume being wood powder (wood is light, so it has a specific gravity of over 51%), it can be treated as a "wood product" despite being injection molded. ■We independently developed injection molding technology for wood plastic and established mass production technology in the late 2010s. We quickly succeeded in the practical application and mass production of injection molding, which was considered difficult due to fluidity issues in existing wood plastics. ■Founded in 1946, our products are produced in high-quality domestic factories in Japan, making MIRAIWOOD a plant-based environmental material originating from Japan. MIRAIWOOD is a product of Ryoka Sangyo Co., Ltd., which has a wealth of production experience. We maintain consistent production in our own factories and partner factories in Japan.
